Reality applied various devices, one currently widely used, namely Android. purpose this research produce application for based on Android smartphone, hope making it easier public learn about heritage Mosque. This method uses Waterfall model from SDLC. stages divided into 6 namely: System modeling, Software requirements analysis, Design, Coding, Testing Maintenance. author Blender software create three-dimensional objects, then Unity virtual reality applications. Based testing, run smoothly author's device. However, when tested 10 (ten) people, still has some shortcomings. was successful introducing users.
